Brave is out of date - Can't update Brave

Description of the issue:
I see in the upper right hand corner that there’s an update available:

When I click on that, it shows,

When I click on “Brave is out of date”, I get the following:

If I go back and click on “About Brave”, I get this:

So it looks like I’m stuck on Version 0.66.99 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Should I do a reinstall? If so, how do I proceed and save my settings?

Are you on Windows, @Jsmith2?

• Can you download the installer again from brave.com? Or if you still have a copy on your machine
• then run the installer. No need to uninstall. Just run the installer. It’ll try to fetch the latest version.

I’m running Windows 10. Will running the installer overwrite my settings and bookmarks?

No, @Jsmith2. It’ll just try to update your Brave version. It’ll not delete your browser data.

Thanks for the help. It worked. The only thing is, before I ran the installer again, I closed Brave and restarted it, then when to “About Brave” and it was showing that Version 0.66.99 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) was the latest version and this disappeared. Maybe that was a bug in the older version.
