Description of the issue:
Settings, Get started, On startup, Open a specific page or set of pages : I’ve entered the pages I want opened when I start Brave. These pages do open in unpinned tabs. But Brave includes other pages in pinned tabs. Why? How do I prevent this?

I’m not sure I understand what is being asked for here. To reproduce this problem, I close Brave and then open Brave.

When opened, Brave includes unwanted pinned tabs along with desired unpinned tabs.
Expected result:
I expect Brave to open only with the pages I’ve listed under “Open a specific page or set of pages”.

This problem reproduces when I open Brave.
