Notification spam with Beta

Hi, I keep getting notification spam but am not sure where it comes from.
It only started with the Beta version, in production channel I didn’t have it.

And " Disable notifications" doesn’t work as it’s from “”, see screenshot below.

What is this and how can I turn it off?

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

Default states are:
Block: Ads/Trackers, 3rd Party Cookies, 3rd Party Fingerprinting Allow: Encrypt Connections (HTTPS), Scripts

Where and how do the ads appear? (fill out below)
Notification SPAM (top right)

URL where ad was displayed:
No clear dependency here. I have only allowed outlook and whatsapp notifications, but it’s not from these sites

Thanks for reaching out.

Is there any chance that you have “Brave Ads” enabled under Brave Rewards (brave://rewards)?

If you have this feature enabled, Brave will show you a preview of Brave Ads as a notification. For now this feature only available on Dev and Beta release. That’s why you not see it on stable release.
