Not receiving Brave Rewards, and last month's also disappeared

I haven’t received brave rewards from last month (August payout)

What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( Menu --> About Brave )?
Version 1.28.105 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
no (do not have 25 BAT yet)

What date did you verify your wallet?
N/A

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
On laptop the Aug rewards were added to the wallet, but not on my desktop. (Just started using Brave in July)

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, Australia

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes

Both laptop and desktop running MacOS. Just started using Brave mid July. On desktop, had almost 1 BAT, accumulated for July. I also stopped receiving ads for about 2 weeks. Updated Brave. Lost the rewards accumulation, but ads started again. Never asked to accept rewards into wallet like on laptop. Laptop gave me the option to move rewards to wallet.

Only just started using Brave. Don’t know much (reading the forum is still quite confusing to me). Don’t understand Bitcoin yet. I don’t have 25 BAT to verify wallet yet.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
