What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? macOS Big Sur, 11.4, Brave Version 1.25.70 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) No

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I had not received my Brave Rewards payout in May, so I waited to get them in June. I had accumulated 8 BAT, and then I received 3.25 BAT for the June payout of rewards, but the remaining 4.75 BAT have disappeared. I have started from 0 in June again, even though it should have been 4.75 BAT.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
