Not Receiving BAT Rewards, Now Also Flagged

Briefly describe your issue:
I have not received any BAT rewards for the ads I’ve been shown since I began using the Brave Browser at the start of the year (Dec 2021). At first, I didn’t make a post because the majority of answers explained that many rewards were delayed—and indeed, some accounts claim to have received their pending rewards several months later.

Unfortunately, I am not one of those accounts, and at the start of this month (as I’ve done every month), I checked my estimated earnings (0.15 - 1.25 per month or so), checked my balance, and attempted to reconnect to my Gemini wallet. Previously, it would claim I was connected, but nothing happened after waiting several weeks (until the next cycle).

This time, however, I received the follow message:

Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged
Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards profile has been flagged, and you’re not able to verify with a custodian at this time. This flag can sometimes be due to irregular Brave Ads activity, though it can also be a false positive.

Note that while your Brave Rewards profile is flagged, you won’t be able to verify.

No action is required on your part. Your Brave Rewards profile will be automatically reevaluated on a regular basis to determine when (or if) the flag can be removed. Please try again every so often to see if the flag has been removed.

It’s clear to me that unless something else is done, I’m never going to receive the BAT I’ve earned thus far. My “Brave Rewards Activity” is entirely blank despite seeing ads tally up BAT rewards and that “process” at the end of each month before vanishing.

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

No. It was previously from when I first created it (late Dec.) until this month when I received the flagged error for the first time.

What date did you verify your wallet?

I can’t provide an exact date, but I believe it was the end of Dec. 2021.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Never.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

No.

Yes.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Does not apply.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes, and it’s never been turned on since first creating my wallet.

This won’t have an impact on your issue, but just saying as a FYI that there’s a new update for Brave out now. Most recent is Version 1.39.120
