Same issue here but no resolution yet. Talked to Steeven yesterday and he said my wallet was flagged by the automated system for irregular activity but haven’t heard back after that. No idea what’s going on.
Same issue(s) no history, no payout this month, verified wallet with Gemini (which took my id, thanks…) browser giving stagnant ads. Funny enough, I thought this was a non-custodial wallet for all intents and purposes, but it seems they can just “lock us out of our payouts” if they want. outrageous. Wait till reddit hears this.
Interesting how this is happening to hundreds of users it seems yet there is no official thread, notice or information on what’s causing the problem. Based off the other thread’s I’ve read so far, this issue continues to remain unresolved even after communicating with Brave staff.
Update:
Steeven determined that my wallet was “flagged”, and I had to confirm I wasn’t using a VPN or uphold (never used either, ever). He lifted the flag and now I’ve got a balance being displayed again:
But it’s extremely small, way smaller than before.
Also my October payment is still missing. I’m trying to get more help.
