Not earning BAT any more since October

Hi,

Briefly describe your issue:

I noticed I stopped earning BAT sometime beginning of October. I still get ads from time to time, although not that frequently, but no BAT earning.

In September and beginning of October, I was abroad, and I have used a VPN in many occasions, both for security considerations using public wifi or simply to navigate from my home country. I hope this is not the reason of my problem.

When reading my logs, I see this line a lot:
pm:ERROR:refill_unblinded_tokens.cc(232)] Failed to get signed tokens

I had a few before, but it seems since I stopped getting BAT, I have much more of these.

Any ideas here?

What date did you verify your wallet? NA

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) I have used one during September and beginning of October. I haven’t used one since then.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? NA

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? NA

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
