No Ads and no October BAT

Briefly describe your issue:
I have not recived ads for days now and I have not gotten my October BAT (No bat on Nov 7th to this day Nov 16th). I have read https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027276731-Brave-Rewards-FAQ and FAQ: Why am I not seeing Brave Ads? however none of those pages seem to solve my issue

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Android 10, Brave 1.31.91
(Note: the browser reports im using Android 11 don’t know why.)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
No

What date did you verify your wallet?
N/A

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
United States

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Dont have auto contribute on and i dont have Uphold.

So you haven’t seen the option to claim your Rewards in October or November?

I accumulated some BAT in october but have not recived it in november
