I put in tickets for my 3 browsers for not receiving June BAT to Uphold but haven’t heard back. Now no July BAT either. To top it off, I saw I was logged out of Uphold on one of my browsers and after trying to log in it says it’s flagged.
I’m verified and never had a problem until this mess started. What’s going on? Seems like a lot of people are running into similar issues.
You’re not alone, my friend, I have a ticket for the exact same situation than you have. I really hope the team fix this issue, it’s kinda disappointing.
Hello, I have the same issue - three devices connected with uphold (2 flagged), but also at the still active and working device I got no Rewards for June / July.
I am also verified and until now it worked for a few years.

Just a couple hours after posting this 2 of my tickets received an update. Either huge coincidence or someone saw this. Haven’t heard back on the 3rd ticket though. I might put in new tickets for July as well.

Hi all, I hadn’t checked in a while but was surprised to see Zero rewards for June and July and when I log on to Uphold it says the BRAVE has flagged my account. WHY would this be? And why (after 2 months) is it not resolved? This is nuts.
Another thing, I am able to get into my iOS uphold app (without 2fa?..wonder why…hadn’t changed this that I remember)…but anyway, was able to get in and see my balance - however, no rewards in recent months still. I actually use Brave a LOT more these days on my smartphone however it doesn’t seem to have generated any rewards, ever! Even though I do allow Brave ads and see them fairly regularly. Sure would be nice if rewards worked and you could get them on any device you use, and sweep them into your Uphold account
Had been verified with uphold on my devices for over a year and stopped getting payments in May 2023 also. Then account was flagged. Support basically too bad, you’re banned.

Sometimes your Brave Rewards profiles can be “flagged”. That usually means our systems noticed some irregular activity associated with Brave Ads. “Irregular activity” is activity that would be considered unusual compared to an ordinary person using Brave Ads as part of their overall, everyday browsing experience.
We have reviewed the flag, and your Rewards profiles will not be reinstated. They will remain flagged.
Please note, you can no longer receive payouts for Brave Rewards, but you will still have access to the other great features and benefits built-in to Brave.
Dang man that sucks. Honestly you may be better off it is such a headache having to beg to be unflagged every month and trying to keep track of what you were paid versus what you haven’t been. It might be better off this way. Just transfer your BAT to BTC and call it a day if they can’t figure this out, it’s probably time to stop rewarding them by viewing their ads.
Same here. I’ve filed multiple tickets. I haven’t received the rewards since May. Now I’m flagged too? I’m not sure filing another support ticket will do much. I don’t think the Brave support team can handle this issue.
Same here, I see the ads but I don’t receive the BATs because my account is flagged. Is this a part of the new strategy to not reward the clients? This has been ongoing for months.
I think whatever is causing people to be flagged is too sensitive. Apparently, they can’t tell us what is causing that because some community members think that will make people circumvent it. Sure, probably a few bad actors will use the knowledge to exploit or game the system. But that’s the risk you have to run… consistently punishing the vast majority of us who are just normal legitimate users to dis-incentivize a few bad apples is akin to solving a termite problem with a nuclear bomb.
If you have one that is several weeks or months old and you have not received a response, please create your own topic explaining that and be sure to provide your ticket number so support can try to look into it.
