No claim button for last 3 months

Briefly describe your issue:
For the last 3 months i have been unable to claim my brave rewards. It gets to the 7th of every month and when i check the status of the gemini payout it says pending. A few weeks later i check again and it says complete, however, i have not been able to see any sort of claim button or notifications that my rewards are able to be claimed.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?
Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?

@Toooth There is a known issue they are working to identify and resolve for this month. Not sure about your prior months.

Just a FYI, whenever you have any issue with payments or anything related to Rewards/BAT, you should submit a Support Ticket so someone from Brave will see it, can investigate, and try their best to help you. While Brave Support does try to get around and answer a variety of topics, there’s no guarantee they’ll see yours or respond. Typically topics are more for community to help each other.

So if you can, click on the link I provided here and submit a ticket so Brave can try to help you figure out what’s causing your problem.
