Briefly describe your issue:
I have been using brave browser since Oct 2021. I verified my Gemini wallet just before November payout and I received BAT on Nov 12th successfully. But this month, even though it’s been past 12th Dec, I did not receive my BAT.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
OS: Mac.
Brave version: 1.32.115

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes
What date did you verify your wallet?
Around November 5th. Definitely in the first week of November.
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes. I received November payout.
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, India.
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Nope. I only use Gemini. I don’t have Uphold account.

No response from you yet.

Small update, I can see “Your rewards from Ads are here!” message and a “Claim” button next to it in the brave://rewards page. But on clicking claim , nothing happens.

I have disabled ads for now as there’s no point in enabling them if I’m not getting paid.

I request you to please look into this.

Ok, apparently there’s some bug in brave browser where when you turn off brave rewards icon in the settings, the “Claim” button wont work.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Go to settings and click on appearance.
  2. Uncheck “Hide Brave Rewards button”
  3. Now a button on extreme right of address bar will be visible. Click on it and you can see a blue claim button on the popup.
  4. Click on claim to receive your BAT.

Hope it helps someone who was stuck and unable to claim BAT just like me.
