I just installed Chrome, added a few bookmarks, opened a new Incognito Window, closed it, and bookmarks on title menu disappear. Looks like it’s a Chromium bug.

Further testing after reading some of these comments.
- Tested on both M1 and Intel Mac and saw issue on both
- The issue consistently happens after opening a private window and then closing the private window.
- If I keep the private window open, or open another private window, the bookmarks menu appears properly again
So steps to reproduce:
- Starting with Brave closed completely, open Brave
- Check Bookmarks menu and note that it’s the full, proper menu (as opposed to just the Bookmark Manager, Bookmark This Tab, Bookmark All Tabs options)
- Open new private window
- Close private window
- Check bookmarks menu and note that it is now just Bookmark Manager, Bookmark This Tab, and Bookmark All Tabs options
