No BAT received for several months

Hello, I am French and please forgive my very approximate English, since December I no longer receive my BAT in my wallet, so I wanted to know how to report the problem, I have been a Brave user for several years and it is the only problem I have encountered since, before that no transaction problem with the BAT, thank you very much for your help.
