I have a verified Gemini account and haven’t gotten my BAT from December 2021 nor January 2022. I have gotten payouts to that account previously. I haven’t gotten any ads since the end of December as well. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

At this time, moderators are handling support requests on missing BAT rewards via Direct message (DM). So, just DM a moderator, explain your problem, and provide the following information for each device you use for Brave Rewards:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals
) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version
) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards
Mattches and Steeven are the moderatos who handle most of the rewards issues.
How to DM a moderator:
- Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
- You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
