Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
Open any website which serves ads and the ads should be there {Brave shields isn’t working at all}
Expected result: No ads or trackers should get through
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.18.77 {Running on Windows 10 2004 October build 64 bit}

I have tried reinstalling the application and even resetting the device once.
I’m reading a few pages on howtogeek.com and I don’t see any ads.
As for YouTube (screenshot #1), AFAIK Brave can’t block internal commercials.
There is some issue with the app and my device specifically, i have tried testing on a different laptop running windows 10 again and it was working expectedly, but in my case no matter what i do, i see ads everywhere and all trackers allowed. I have no idea what i am doing wrong.
FIXED : I didn’t do anything, there wasn’t any update either, this morning i boot my device and the browser is working as expected.
