Youtube updated today, and an adblock update went out.

@Sukomal01 there are no ads when I’m testing, which suggests you have an issue with your setup:

I want you to show a screenshot of all the info below:

• Which version of Brave you’re using, found at brave://settings/help

• Your settings at brave://settings/shields

• While on YouTube, click the lion icon and show settings there (make sure Advanced Controls are collapsed so we can see it)

• Go to brave://settings/shields/filters and share screenshots of what you have selected

• What operating system are you using? (Such as Windows 11, MacOS Sonoma 14, etc)

• Screenshot of brave://extensions/.

@Sukomal01 At least was able to look and figure out. I had you screenshot each area because each are little ways it can have issues. It does seem you had set YouTube to Allow all trackers & ads. I suppose you had toggled that during testing.

One thing to keep in mind is that lion icon will allow you to change settings on a per site basis. So it can be different than your global settings.

I’m glad to see you have marked as a solution for now and hopefully you’ll not be having any other issues.
