No adds since 7/6

Hello, long time brave user.

Recently my ads stopped working on my windows pc, but they are still working fine on my phone.

Ive gone through the F.A.Q’s but they are still not working as usual.

when I check the logs i am seeing this error. It could be part of the problem?

Yes ive gone through that link, ive also gone though this one notification test and it worked but im still not getting ads on my pc.

First thing is to make sure you actually have Brave Ads turned on. So go to brave://rewards and look there to make sure it’s toggled.

If it’s on but you’re not seeing anything, then you’d want to make sure your device settings allows notifications. So you’d go to Settings → Apps → Brave → Then adjust to allow Notifications.

Beyond that, also to make sure nothing stopping it in Settings → Notifications.

If all of that is on and you’re not seeing any notifications/ads being delivered, then I’d make sure your Android device can pass your device pass SafteyNet

Hard part is not knowing if it’s because of you reaching the maximum amount of views for the campaigns in your area or what else might be happening.

Nah, doubt it’s a problem. Btw, only Brave knows how to read the logs. They don’t want to teach anyone what it all means. But what you’re seeing there is kind of common from what I’ve seen.

One of your best options might be to just submit a Support Ticket so someone from Brave can look into with you.

Beyond that, I guess can also check out my FAQ if you hadn’t seen it, just in case anything helpful there.

I too have not been receiving any adds since the last payout. I did the notification test and it works, but I have not gotten a single ad in a couple weeks.
