Description of the issue:
When opening a new blank tab, the focus is not in the address bar.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a new browser tab

Expected result:
Expected result is when you open a new tab, you should be able to start typing a search string or url right away without clicking in the address bar before you start typing.

Most browsers, when you open a new tab, the focus is in the address bar so you can start typing a search string or a url. But with Brave you first have to click in the address bar to start entering your request. This is a time waster and frustrating.

Version 1.19.88 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Desktop Device details
MacBook Pro
