Never seen a single ad in 3 months (since I installed brave browser)

After reading the above, if you’re still having trouble viewing ads, please answer the following:

Are you able to receive general desktop/push notifications? Yes
You can test this by visiting https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html and forcing a push notification to appear.

Are you in a supported region (if so, which one)? Yes, Canada.
Check https://brave.com/transparency and confirm that you are in an applicable region

Give us a brief description of the ads behavior you’re seeing
Never seen a single ad.

A few minutes after I posted this, I’ve finally received an ad. I assume the Brave Devs have fixed it internally with the infos I sent them. Just letting you know it worked. Thank you very much. <3

I am glad that the problem has been resolved but the problem persists for us.

Still not getting Ads

That’s not a solution, is a bug. It’s should be fix already, but well, aperently this bug still works. As for logs, they stopped all of that due to a leak of users private info in logs due to UPHOLD API (is already fix). Said that, a couple of days before they anounced they are working on a new plataform to resolve this and issues related to rewards program. This because we are actually to much users and they can’t keep up with the actual workflow. So, in resume, they are working on it.
