Help, 0 rewards since installation

You can test this by visiting and forcing a push notification to appear.
Yes I get notifications for other services and the test site works.

Are you in a supported region (if so, which one)?
Check and confirm that you are in an applicable region
Yes I am in a supported region (Mexico)

Give us a brief description of the ads behavior you’re seeing

Since the installation of the browser 3 weeks ago I have not received notifications and the sponosored images do not give any reward. I installed the browser on another pc and it works perfectly but on my personal computer I do not receive anything.

  • I have created a new profile to test which also does not work.
  • I am not on a VPN.
  • I am not using any Gaming mouse
  • Disabbled firewall and Brave allowed
  • reinstalled brave 4 times.

if possible I can provide the ID of my wallet
