Never got any ads

Hello, I installed Brave a few days ago, and never received a single ad since then.
I followed the FAQ and made sure rewards are enabled in the settings and notifications are allowed, but still I’m not receiving any ad. Can you please help me?

Thank you, this is the FAQ I mentioned before, I checked every step and made sure my settings were correct. I understand that I will NOT receive X ads a day, but better AT MOST X ads a day, but NO ads in a week seemed strange for me.

  • Do you have Do not disturb mode activated?
  • Are you using the browser in full-screen mode?
  • Do yo have a gaming mouse attached to your PC?
  • Any extensions installed?

Hi Mattches, so:

  • No, DND is disabled
  • No, browser is windowed (not maximized)
  • Yes, I’m using a Corsair M65 RGB (please don’t tell me gaming mice don’t get ads :joy: )
  • Yes, I have a mouse gesture extension, and a password manager

There is a known issue at this time with some gaming mouse(s) (mice?) and receiving ads. W e are working on fixing this, but in the meantime there is a potential workaround that you can try:
