My "Next Payment Date" seems to be one month ahead. When the new month comes, all my BAT gets wiped

Briefly describe your issue:
For the last several months, I’ll accumulate BAT, when the first of the month hits, estimated rewards go back to zero and there’s no “incoming payment” message like there are on my other devices. The “Next Payment Date” is 1 month ahead on this device vs my other two devices running Brave. Monthly Statement is all blank, but 30 Ad History shows full list of ads received.

OS - MacOS High Sierra (vers. 10.13.6)
Brave - Version 1.30.87 Chromium: 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (x86_64)

What date did you verify your wallet?
September 18, 2021.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Not on this device, no. My other two devices, yes.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, USA

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Auto-contribute is off on all my devices.
