My estimated BAT earning got decreased from 2.1 BAT to zero

Briefly describe your issue:
My estimated BAT earning got decreased from 2.1 BAT to almost zero.
Also the number of ads i watched for the month got decreased to one but when i see the history of ads for this month it shows all the ads which i watched which were around 225 plus.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Manjaro Linux used yay to install Brave Browser (Version: 1.32.106 Official Build).

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
yes.

Yes, I have turned off auto-contribute and I have not linked to uphold.

When you go to brave://rewards don’t you see a message that says you will receive X amount of Bat in Y number of days?

Nope unfortunately it does not show any pending payout status. Plus it got reset again in the morning.

mine got decreased quite drastically as well although its non 0, also, i’m still facing october payout issue and support is not replying for more than a week.

Man ! I have been waiting for payout for such a long time and no gonna get one :cry:… this sucks really bad.

This is actually a bug in the browser, you should be seeing a message acknowledging that you will be getting x BATs and a time-frame for the same. I too had faced this problem last month and I can confirm that I got the payment.

Now, resetting might happen at times and this could be due to several resaons, they can be due to a server issue on the browser’s side, poor connection on your side , error in computer clock…etc to name a few. Thankfully, The problem usually fixes by itself.

I checked my time settings they are all good. Even checked my BIOS everything is on point.

Apart from that there no acknowledgement that I will receive x amont of BAT on this day checked the ads section in brave://rewards too.

The only thing I have as proof is that I have watched ads in last 30 days that history of ads.

My internet connection seems to be working quite smooth actually so no issues there.
