my coins have disappeared

I have been using brave for 6 months and I have accumulated 13 bats. This morning I checked my uphold account to transfer my 13 bats. once my uphold account was checked, my bats disappeared from brave. Could someone help me,

Did your BAT arrive in your Uphold account? Sometimes it can take several days.

Also, does this apply to you? Topic was just posted.

Uphold notified users a couple of weeks ago about dropping support in some of the jurisdictions but the list has expanded since then.

You didn’t really say so I am assuming your account is verified and you are able to log in to your Uphold account in brave://rewards “My Wallet”. If so, you should send a direct message to the moderators and include the following information for each of your devices if you have more than one:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
