Yeah, that happens if you get flagged. There are many things that can cause problems. I’m not sure of anything on your situation. All you can do is submit tickets at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
Nor does anyone want you to. When you have an issue, you submit a ticket and then do your thing. It doesn’t take much of your time and they work to resolve it when they can.
