New to this community. I keep trying to re-sync my uphold with my brave rewards and it says my account is flagged. I’ve written support and never gotten an answer. I cannot figure out for the life of me why this would be the case except that Brave just doesn’t want to pay out anymore? Can anyone help? This seems like just a nonsense way to lock users out of rewards.
Could you check your emails. Sometimes the emails from them end up in spam as well. Also if you have the ticket number, it will help to share here so if a team member sees this post it might expedite the process.

- If so, when?
- What’s your ticket number?
- Have you been checking email, including junk/spam folders?
I have just submitted an inquiry with a ticket # and all of my info. I probably didn’t do it properly before so thanks for the info.
