I haven't received any BAT rewards since November 2021, how come? I use the Brave Browser everyday and had expected monthly rewards in this account? It says my account has been flagged? What gives, I'm a huge ambassador and token holder of your product

I logged into my Uphold account and was taken aback because I had not received any Rewards since November 2021. It says my account has been flagged or something to that effect. What can I do to proactively recover my monthly rewards and make sure I’m credited in the future?
