My Brave browser won't update. (Error code7: 0x80072F7D - system level)

I have Brave installed on my windows computer and it does not update me. It gives me an error.
I don’t want to uninstall Brave, because I don’t want to lose my BAT

I have the version:
v 1.25.72 Chromium: 91.04472.101 (Official Build) (32-bit)

My mistake is:
(Error code7: 0x80072F7D - system level)

How can I update Brave?

What version of Windows are you on?

Can you include a screenshot showing the error?

Is any antivirus or other security software installed?

Are you using ‘Secure DNS’ settings in Brave? What if you turn it off?

Are you behind any kind of corporate or ‘parental control’ type of proxy?

Did the computer previously (or currently) belong to a company who managed the Windows configuration?

Regarding Secure DNS: go to brave://settings/security and you should see a ‘Use secure DNS’ setting there. What is it set to?

My version of Brave is:
v 1.25.72

I can’t update Brave to the latest version.
