My BAT reward never reflect in Uphold account!?

I’m using brave Browser from 8 months in PC and Android with same ID , but I receive monthly rewards only from Pc , but in android rewards are stuck and never transferred to my uphold account when I claim it. as you seen my wallet is also verified, but for withdrawing this I have to send it to my friend as tip but it takes some charges.

same problem, i have 18,401BAT showing on my phone, but when i click on my uphold account it only shows 2,901

PC shows 2.901 and i finally made 15.500 to verify my wallet on my phone and it didn’t added
