Lost rewards after uphold verification

I just verified my uphold account and wanted to get the rewards on my android phone.
But somehow my rewards dropped from 13.25 to 4.25 bat in the browser. And only 4.25 bat have been transferred to the uphold account.
In the picture you can se the reward screen before and after the verification…

Can somebody help me?

Nevermind i just got all the bat, but still missing about 1 bat
I thing it is due to the network processing time. Correct me if i am wrong
