So, I just connected my self custodial wallet with my brave rewards and it connected successfully as well.
But after it, my previous ads(it was around 45 ads) which i had earned is not showing and it started from zero.
Is it a intended thing like if i connected my account will i have to start again or is it a bug?

Yep. Any ad you seen while not connected to a payout account do not qualify for payment. You only start earning once you link your account.
And just in case there’s any confusion, your ad count is going to go to zero every single month as it refreshes itself for the monthly count. You will view ads from the very first date to the last day of the month and that then gets paid out the following month. So everything that we see here in June will be paid in July
