Description of the issue:
I open Brave and put in a URL abc.com, then open a new tab and type def.com, open a new tab type ghi.com, etc. These URLs I get by typing a few letters and Brave autofills from history.
The problem is after I do this, none of these pages load. I get a blank start page on each tab. The pages only load if I wait several seconds between new pages. This did not happen before. It appears to work OK if I load pages that were previously loaded in the same session; I can start a new tab instantly after typing a URL, and all the tabs load.
However, I just tried with a new page, after hitting enter on the URL, I immediately opened a new tab, typed a URL for a page that I had recently viewed, then immediately hit new tab and put in a 3rd URL. 2&3 loaded, but 1 did not.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Startup a new browser.
- Type a URL, fill from history, and hit enter,
- Hit Ctrl-T
- immediately load a URL in the new tab, hit enter and Ctrl-T
- Repeat a few times.
Expected result:
These tabs will load, but instead I get the blank new tab page

Additional Information:
If I wait a few seconds after hitting Ctrl-T, things work fine.
