Description of the issue:
At random times when I open up a new tab trying to visit a webpage it just won’t load at all and the icon in the tab is the classic “broken” Chrome icon. The newly opened page is just gray as is any new tab that I open. When this issue starts happening, I try the other tabs that were just working but they are all broken too now.

I don’t know how it can be reproduced because it seems to happen randomly.

The expected result is the webpage actually loading properly.
Reproduces how often:
Randomly. Maybe after being on a page for too long. Huge ‘maybe’.
