Multiple home pages not working

When entering multiple web sites for multiple tabs to be the home page, Brave is replacing the “|” with the ASCII “7C”

Type in two web sites in the homepage field with a “|” between them (space or not) and hit enter.

Doesn’t work as the browser attempts to open a single table with the url of everything you entered in the homepage field

Multiple tabs should open, each with a different url.

Happens every time.

Version 0.56.15 Chromium: 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release, yes

All previous pages on Community discussing this all harken back to a time of a “Preferences” menu somewhere, these should be updated once this fix is “re-fixed” (I found where the fix was previously implemented on github).

Confirmed that this is what happens. I though we’d fixed this in the newer builds as well but I guess not.
It’s worth noting that this happens in Chrome as well.
I’m going to see if anyone on the team has a solution or workaround and if not I’ll open an issue for this. Thank you for reporting.
