Can you share an example video where you can confirm that you’ve seen this behavior occur so that I can test on my end? So far, I am not able to reproduce the issue as you’ve described it.

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
