Mobile Brave: issue sending tips to verified publishers

Description of the issue:
Today I received 4 Bats, so I sent them to a verified publisher. After sending the first token, a message reported there was an issue sending it. But in the end the Bat has been deducted (4-1= 3 bats left). Sent the remaining 3 BATS, but after checking the payment summary, only 3 out of 4 Bats have been sent.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Send a tip
  2. check the remaining balance
  3. Check the payment log
