Description of the issue:
When switch tabs in my current browser window the tooltip of my minimised window tab shows

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. open a new window navigate to a webpage
  2. minimise this window
  3. open a new window and open a few tabs
  4. switch between the tab and move cursor onto the page
