Locale in Ad Diagnostics is wrong and hasn't been receiving ads for the last 12 months

@zootyleon Sounds like you may have already checked things, but I wanted to pass along prior post of mine that has helped some people in the past. Would you go through and make sure to check all on your end? Steps might be slightly different as mine was showing for Windows 10, but still should apply.

@misofrosty In regards to Windows Notifications, there’s 2 primary areas to worry about. The primary is Focus Assist, as it will block notifications.
