Hii! everybody! well i have a problem i dont know how but the payout “Cant be payed for this cycle”

so i got like 1 month approximately when i was signed up and linked my uphold account at 29 august 2019

and too i do the verification from 4 september 2019

if someone have a idea to fix this type there! please
