Keys behave as CTRL button is pressed

For example if i’m watching a youtube video and I press “t” it opens a new tab as if i’m holding ctrl. Or if I press “r” it reloads the page. That doesn’t happen in incognito mode or in other browsers.

Also, does this error happen on Brave only or does it occur on different Browsers?
