Description of the issue:
When I press the ctrl key in Brave browser, it ‘highlights’ my screen and shows a box in one of the corners of the screen.

Does not apply to a specific website, but the whole browser.
Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

When I use chrome it does not highlight anything when I press the ctrl key.
