Description of the issue: After the last Brave update, every time I start my computer and open Brave, it ask for a new password for my keyring. The first time I ran Brave after the update, it wiped out all passwords and logged out all saved accounts, but bookmarks and history remained unchanged. The next few times I launch Brave at first time in a session, it still asks for new keyring password, but this time, passwords remain saved and accounts logged in.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Just run Brave for the first time after computer startup.

Expected result: Launch Brave without asking for new password.
