Description of the issue:
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. 1. I restored all my settings to default.2. restarted computer. 3 Tried other browsers to see if they had issues, they did not 4. Read through the topics in the forum, couldn’t find anything that addressed/fixed this problem.
