Hi @steeven, I think the issue here is that most of the ads are paying very low amount of bat (0.01)
And as far as I know, this is the same for everyone

Same issue here. For a new user like me with these rates you need around 8 months to reach the minimum 25 BATs.
@steeven are you ever going to increase the payment?
I don’t understand why people would want to leave. We have to remember that we are getting something for our time spent online, which I do not remember happening before. I never received anything like this from any other browser. Has any other company browser offered you anything similar? I am curious. I would like to know what is better.
So you think getting PTC like payment, while off the site and during all day to make something like a buck per month is worth it? Can make more money watching bitcoin ads…

I agree, a thing that pays 0.01/ad for very few ads has nothing to do with “attention”.
Hello, my name is Markook. Maybe some of you have already seen me answering questions in this forum.
I always try to avoid Brave rewards / BAT topics.
But apparently it is inevitable not to come across topics talking about various problems related to this cryptocurrency. I feel that BATS are a good way to attract people (who would not love to receive money for just seeing a couple of ads while browsing freely, fast and privately?) but nevertheless its development is not being the best (main reason why i do not active this function). In addition, the payment can be considered as a “misery”.
I do not think it is pleasant for anyone to have to be writing in this forum whenever the BATS do not work as them should or due to a loss (without explanation) of these. Anyway, the Brave staff is quite aware of these problems (since it is one of its main attractions).
Summary: Brave’s privacy and browsing speed are pretty efficient. However, more work needs to be done on the cryptocurrency

See how many ads your country has. Stop complaining if you are getting a fourth of the ads your country has or more. The problem is repeating ads that really don’t pay.
