Issue with Selecting Birth Date During Registration on Betsson

Description of the issue:
Unable to select a birth date in the registration form on Betsson while using the Brave browser. The date selection field does not respond, which prevents registration from being completed.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open the Betsson website in Brave browser.
  2. Go to the registration page and attempt to select a birth date.
  3. Observe that the birth date field is non-responsive.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The birth date field does not allow any input or selection, preventing completion of the registration form.

Expected result:
The birth date field should allow users to select or input a date to complete the registration.

Reproduces how often:
Every time I attempt to register on Betsson using Brave browser.

Operating System and Brave Version (See the About Brave page in the main menu):

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • Brave Version: Version 1.71.121

Additional Information:
I have tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the Brave. Disabling shield works but I do not want the site to track me.

@kassusanttu just a FYI, ideally would have this in Ad-Blocking or Web Compatibility. Anyway, I just tested and can replicate what you’re sharing.

@fanboynz this is on https://www.betsson.com when you go to create an account. The only particular Shields settings that lets the boxes be shown are when you Allow All Trackers and Ads or you disable Shields entirely. Once done, is as below:

Yes it works as expected when shields are down.

Yeah I can reproduce this as well. Also looks like the Login button for the site is unresponsive as well.
