[Issue] Weird Website Suggestion When Typing for "Tw" on OmniBar

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. On Omnibar, type Tw
2. Even if you reset your whole cache/cookies/everything. These two search results doesnt’t go away. Note, that I’m not living in Taiwan.
   
   

Expected result:
It just shows websites I visited already or relevant to my geolocation.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.63.165 Chromium: 122.0.6261.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have found the solution to remove this weird omnibar suggestion.

Step 1: Go to brave://settings/appearance

Step 2: On Show autocomplete suggestions in address bar disable Show top sites in autocomplete suggestions
