Description of the issue: The files I download are no longer displayed correctly, they are now always hidden; The downloaded items are not shown in the bottom of the Brave window but are hidden behind a button which auto-closes after it is opened.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Download an image.
2. It is not displayed in the bottom of the window.

Brave is up to date
Version 1.60.110 Chromium: 119.0.6045.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
The first time the issue occurred it was fixed by following the instruction given in this thread:
That no longer applies as I no longer have that “bubles” setting.
