Downloads no longer show at the bottom of the window

Description of the issue:

After downloading a file, the downloaded filename would be shown at the foot of the window. Since the last upgrade (which required me to re-download Brave rather than just upgrading in place), downloads are no longer shown.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Download any file

Expected result:

The download would be shown at the foot of the window, allowing it to be opened, etc.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.51.118 Chromium: 113.0.5672.126 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

I’ve searched settings but have been unable to find anything relevant.

Go to brave://flags and disable flags called “Download Bubble” and “Download bubble v2”

I can’t help thinking I won’t be the only one searching settings to try to restore the original behaviour, though.
