Hi people,

Browsing the community, I note there only problems with the rewards. Connecting to custodial account, BATs missing or not paid out, BATs disappearing or trouble convert to cryptocurrencies, or such few BATs earned, etc…
These remains month or years ago.

This seems only as a big trick to encourage users to watch ads, allows some cookies or intrusive windows to open, etc…

Thank you for your response. I did it. This morning, I’ve got a mail from support saying that"s solved. It works !
